Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.

Lost Packages
If your package has not been delivered within 15 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer support team.
Purrela will coordinate with the carrier to locate the shipment and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.
If a significant delay occurs with your order, our team will notify you as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds
We want you and your feline companion to love every purchase from Purrela. If something isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
- Have a return request submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Purrela does not charge restocking fees on eligible returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
If visible damage is present upon delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment (where possible) and contacting our support team immediately.
If damage is discovered after opening the package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the product and its original packaging.
For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Purrela will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Purrela cannot be responsible for return shipments that are lost or undelivered.
